CFPM Conference App — Support

This app is published by the Canadian Federation of Podiatric Medicine (CFPM) for attendees of its annual conference. If you're running into a problem or have a question, this page should help.

Getting started

On first launch, enter the conference code provided by CFPM, then your first and last name. No account or password is needed. If your code isn't working, double-check it matches exactly what was shared for this year's conference — it's case-sensitive.

Common questions

• I can't find the app in the App Store or on Google Play. The app isn't publicly listed — it's shared directly with attendees. See the download instructions for iPhone and Android.
• I'm not receiving push notifications. Check that notifications are allowed for the app in your device's Settings, and that you have an internet connection when announcements are sent.
• The schedule, speakers, or exhibitor info looks out of date. Content is managed by the conference organizer and updates automatically when you have a connection — try pulling to refresh, or relaunching the app.
• I want my data removed. See the Privacy Policy for what's collected and how to request removal.
